Rob joined the United Way Board of Directors in 2020. He began his teaching and coaching career at Ada Schools in 2004 and later served as an assistant K-12 principal at Ada. He was a high school assistant principal and high school head principal at Indian Lake Schools before being promoted to superintendent in 2017. Rob has a passion for serving others. He was an Indian Lake Chamber Board member for 5 years and is a currently on the Logan County Chamber Board. He is a past member of the USV Ambulance Board, a current USV School Farm Committee member, and has been a township trustee since 2007. Coincidentally, he was the United Way Chamber Board President when the March 14, 2024, tornado hit Indian Lake. He considers it an honor to have been part of both the UW and the Indian Lake community as he witnessed people compassionately supporting one another in ways that make Logan County a truly extraordinary place to call home. Rob and his wife are proud parents of 3 sons and a daughter. In his free time, Rob enjoys being outdoors and working on the family livestock and grain farm, attending his children’s extracurricular events, and spending time with friends and family.
