A lifelong resident of Logan County, Ohio, Katie is proud to serve the community where she was raised and now lives with her husband and son. Her commitment to service was shaped early by her father’s involvement with United Way of Logan County, instilling a deep belief in the responsibility each of us has to strengthen the communities we call home.
She is a graduate of Bellefontaine High School, Urbana University, and Mount Vernon Nazarene University, and is employed at the Transportation Research Center. She champions TRC’s United Way campaign, helping expand annual efforts and deepen the company’s local impact.
Serving on the United Way of Logan County Board of Trustees, she works to drive meaningful, measurable impact - ensuring resources are directed where they are needed most and that every individual has access to the opportunities and support necessary to thrive. She believes in building a community where every child has access to education, every family can achieve financial stability, and every individual can live a safe and healthy life. United Way of Logan County embodies the values she hopes her son will grow up seeing in action.
Outside of her professional and volunteer work, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family. Being a mother is the most meaningful role in her life, and she treasures the time spent with her son, whose growth and experiences continually inspire her commitment to serving the community.
